Think Employment is an established adult education provider, delivering government-funded courses for adults, across the UK. The successful candidate will be based in Grimsby but will have opportunities to travel to other Think Employment offices in Leeds and Ashton.
Join Think Employment as a Trainee Assessor for Marketing, assisting the tutors in their delivery of online courses focused on Marketing.
Reviewing learner’s work on various e-learning platforms
Discussing learner’s work and assessing their progress via email and phone
Staying up to date on marketing trends
Using CRM systems to access learner records
Upholding safeguarding standards
Assisting with the creation of course content
Desirable skills/qualities for Job:
Enthusiastic about marketing and ideally wants to go into the industry
Aware of social/commercial trends
Preferably has experience in the marketing sector and has a degree or strong A Levels in relevant subjects
Excellent writing abilities and an understanding of referencing
Confident speaking with adult learners of all ages and backgrounds
Capable on the telephone and in writing emails
25 per week
